As a lifelong athlete, I understand the discipline, challenges, and growth that come with pursuing long-term goals. I earned my Master's degree in Exercise Science from Plymouth State University and completed over 400 hours of internship experience working with collegiate athletic teams, shaping the evidence-based coaching approach I bring to every client.
Ryan and I founded Ripple Effect to create a private, welcoming training environment where every client receives personalized coaching, genuine support, and the attention they deserve. We believe fitness should be sustainable, empowering, and tailored to your unique goals—whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel your best.
